As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant to the Hotel that you will not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. About our Privacy Policy
At Yonge Suites (“Hotel”) the privacy and confidentialty of user information is important. We are committed to protecting and safeguarding your privacy while visiting our website, namely, www.yongesuites.com (hereinafter all identified URLs are collectively referred to as the “Site”).
Amendments to this Privacy Policy will be posted to the Site and will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any amendment to this Privacy Policy shall constitute your acceptance of such amendment. Yonge Suites will not disclose identifiable user information to any third party without consent.
Our goal is to provide you with an Internet experience that delivers the information, resources and services that are most relevant to you. To achieve this goal, part of the operation of the Site includes the gathering of certain types of information about Site users.
Because we understand that your privacy is important, we wish to explain the types of information we gather and the way in which we use it. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site.
